Programme & Value Management

On this project, Coakley Construction has worked to meet the client’s ambitious target despite challenging weather conditions.

Key Challenges & Solutions

The project has included significant deep drainage works, which are high-risk activities. Coakley Construction worked closely with the Tier 1 client to ensure the correct safety measures were in place before and during the works.

Site access is also limited due to the surrounding built-up area, so access and logistics have been carefully managed as the project has progressed.
